- Ms. MooreWaterways of Holland and Belgium
I recently returned home from my first ‘journey” with your company, cruising the Waterways of Holland and Belgium. From my departure at Pearson International to my final arrival there, I was pleasantly and constantly surprised by the care, attention and detail and warmth of your entire staff and the crew of the Da Vinci. It made my first trip aboard the ship and I was reluctant to leave my new home away from home on April 29th in Arnhem. The quality of your service far exceeded my expectations and I am already planning my next journey with you. I made new and lasting friendships and have many pictures, videos and memories to warm me during the months to come. Thank you so very much. Sincerely,
- Mrs. Vogel & Mrs. Hopkins100th Anniversary of the Great War & Waterways of the Netherlands and Belgium, 2014
Now that we are back home, my daughter and I are reflecting on a wonderful and meaningful experience that included the 100th Anniversary of the Great War along with the Waterways of the Netherlands and Belgium. Neither of us had ever been to Europe before so this was an interesting experience and a fantastic holiday as only Jerry Van Dyke and his staff could provide. Jeremy and all the guides were superb so that is why we will continue to promote “Journeys by Jerry Van Dyke” and hope to travel with you in the future. Also, thank you Christie for all the help you gave us in preparing for this holiday.
- Mr. and Mrs. MoxonSaar, Mosel & Rhine, 2014
Our recent journey with our friends at Jerry Van Dyke was as enjoyable as our first one eleven years ago and all the other in between. Thank you for responding to your captains and taking us into the quiet, narrow rivers where the only sound at times was that of hundreds of birds in the forests and where we could almost shake hands with riverside walkers. It was wonderful to again have Glee as our tour manager supported admirably by Josie and Jeremy.

I have just returned from a wonderful trip. I would like to thank you all but in particular our Journey Manager Denis Normandeau, he was thoughtful, funny and extremely caring. This was my first time touring with a group and was pleasantly surprised at how well everyone melded. Thank you all again and hopefully I will travel with you again.
- Mr. and Mrs. MagnussonNorwegian Coastal Voyage, 2014
What a beautiful and great trip we had to Norway. The scenery was beyond description. We could not have asked for better weather, as we understand from the locals this was a very unusual thing. We took pictures, but the mental picture is worth a 1,000 words. Thank you very much for all your help and your organizational skills are excellent. Sally was one of the best journey managers we have ever had, she went over and beyond to help people who needed assistance and was so very patient, even the minor issues, she handled them so professional. We did not get a chance to thank her personally in the Toronto Airport so if you could send her an email and give her our thanks and hope to have her for a guide in the future.

To the staff and the Van Dyke family, sincere thanks for your dedication and effort to ensure all your guests had a relaxing and stress free holiday. The Anacoluthe was a great ‘home away from home’. All the staff is “A One”, helpful, courteous, obliging and best of all, always smiling. The visit to Juno Beach and surrounding area was memorable and brought home the sacrifices that the young men of Canada made with their lives so that we can enjoy our lives in freedom. Sincere thanks go to Mark and Alexandra. In their successful effort in retrieving an article left behind on the Anacoluthe. Extra special thanks go to Alexandra who gave up her free time in Paris to meet the Anacoluthe, pick up the lost article and deliver it to Linda in Paris. This was service above and beyond. The accommodation in the Manor de Mathan in Crepon was outstanding; it made you feel like royalty.
