Journey Highlights

Lisbon

Lisbon is the stunning capital city of Portugal and is one of the most charismatic and vibrant cities of Europe. It is a city that effortlessly blends traditional heritage, with striking modernism and progressive thinking.

Rome

Rome is the "Eternal City", legendary home of Romulus and Remus and a fabulous parade of popes, emperors, dictators, and artists. Still a centre of western culture and Christianity, it is a fascinating blend of ancient ruins, churches, museums, fountains, piazzas large and small, parks, markets, and marvellous shopping streets.

Gibraltar

Otherwise known as ‘The Rock’ or ‘Gib,’ Gibraltar is a melting pot of Spanish, North African and English cultures. Only three miles long and a mile wide, this peninsula attached to the Spanish mainland juts out into the Strait of Gibraltar, which separates continental Europe from North Africa.

Barcelona

With its cosmopolitan feel, relaxed pace of life, breathtaking architecture, fantastic gastronomy, and unbeatable climate, it really is the city that has everything. Capital of Catalonia and Spain’s second city, Barcelona is utterly incomparable.

Aix-en-Provence

Begin on the grand Cours Mirabeau, a wide avenue built on the site of the city's medieval ramparts and shaded by leafy 200-year-old trees. The avenue is one of the city's most beautiful, so be sure to notice the elegant facades of its private mansions, especially their wrought-iron balconies and finely carved doorways. Explore the old Mazarin District, founded by Archbishop Michel Mazarin in 1646, and later home to many writers and artists such as Paul Cézanne.
